No you can't! Because CPA accounts are totally waste since the payment verification is too strong and not anyone can just withdraw the amounts.However I don't think you can transfer a CPA account .
CPA accounts are not valid collateral because you can easily contact the company and tell them your account was hacked, e.t.c.
