Usually, ref programs are dedicated to the platform users, offering them a portion of the earning from redirected ref. With this offer from fortunejack, it's weird about the 50% earnings (of what), and how the company is willing to promote itself with the minimum budget (ref link, one week sig campaign).
Great income from ref programs can succeed with someone running a website or has a large community in social media. Likely, this forum doesn't allow the publish of ref links unless in the signature space.
My suggestion, is spending more money in advertisement, and focusing in sig campaign.

I believe this wasn't needed here but you already have a thread in gambling section and you can post this there already, and there's nothing new in getting paid commissions for our promotional works and we can choose and even promote more gambling sites too (I hope you are familiar with comparative articles which compare many gambling sites and give their referral links there to join those sites where a potential customer decides which one to join). This gives even more ^salary^ to a promoter than promoting a single gambling website. You can go another way by just having a PR article released on a popular gambling-specific review site or even better places for some bucks, which will gain you much better conversions than relying on people trying to advertise for you for some pennies.

You're not paying a salary at all, what you're offering is people to promote your site and get a fraction of the house edge as a result.

That's based commission based work, certainly not a salary. False advertising and your inability to know the difference does not bode well for you or your site.

Unless people have a huge marketing network, they are unlikely to do well advertising your site.

Two suggestions to you.
1. Please remove "paying high salary" from subjectline. Salary may not be a right term here; "paying high commission" could be more appropriate. I can understand these are problems of non-native English speakers but it may sound like "misleading" due to its sensitive level with respect to this services board.

2. After your affiliate program, you may plan up for long term signature campaign with least payments but with gambling boards ONLY kind of campaign like this: FortuneJack 1-week Gambling Signature Campaign (that was just one week campaign but long term campaign is all about I am trying to emphasize).
