I may not be experienced but I'm willing to learn
I'm online for almost 12 hours a day so pretty sure I can handle marketing campaign. I can check every users posts to see if they're making it right that they post on the right section. PM me if this sounds good to you.

Don't know if he's interested, but he is definitely one of the best managers bitcointalk have. Definitely recommended.

Yes, Carra is one of the best if not the best around and has got lots of experience. You should give him a shout if you haven't already.
