how can you prevent that guy will not stole your asset if you bought his account? he can simply take back the account by just using his identity.

hmm i dont think its possibel from someone in vietnam i need a korean national

with korean mobile phone number,

i dont know of an exchange in vietnam that is over/undervalueing cryptocurrencies,

if you know one tell me, i wil look into this

bithumb seems to regularily overvalue cryptocurrencies, (because of cultural barriers)
