dont have alipay for pushtx and the other site seems broken
Try contacting viabtc and offering to pay them to confirm the transaction. At the bottom of their web page they say they also offer a paid accelerator service. You have to email [email protected] for it.

There are two other transaction accelerators other than ViaBTC you can use to push your transaction:

- https://www.btcspeedy.com/#accelerator
They ask users for a fee for doing it, but since you are fine with paying even higher tip for help, it should be fine.
http://www.sosobtc.com/ is offering transaction accelerator services too, but they don't have normal website and instead you'll have to contact their service staff, which can be problematic.

According to viabtc you will get a transaction doesn't exist because of the following:
I checked it but it seems like its not one of them so it's probably bacause of the dust in your transaction that's why viabtc doesn't work . Dust are really small sized outputs from a transaction . You can check it on blocktrail here:

It is still not enough. Blockchain.info's fee estimation is horrible so what it recommends is definitely not enough.
