I will bare Electricity cost of whole project (including ventilation and all)
Internet cost will be around $400 for 1GBPS speed connection. (can split for both)

Is the mining equipment available on maldives? Actually I want to buy one but I am not getting such material for mining. As a newbie I think only your locals might be interested to take a partnership with you. I don't think any other person will be engaged with you. partner to provide mining equipment only.
