Have you tried Betcoin.ag yet? It is not on your list and it is the only casino / gambling / betting / poker site I personally use for a long time.
Probably fair is always very subjective, so I would say Betcoin.ag is probably fair in my opinion.

its weird if some casino site or dice site prevent their site from US users,i dont know main reason why they prevent US user on their site,and some countries also feel same,just on prime dice,many countries can't acces prime dice,i dont know what the reason??
