You can keep your eyes wide open on Announcement (ANN) section.
There any new released coins will be announce with  everything you need; wallet, how to mine, the coin's spec, etc.
But be careful, some project is really promising but some just garbage forked from the other coins.

If you are using CPU and also have a plan to do Masternode, look into Togoshigekata signature! and ask him how it works (I usually see Togoshigekata promoting BiblePay on several threadsGrin

You were asking newly coins to mine, but we don't know which mining machine you were using. So, informers will more easily provide you the information with appropriate algorithm restrictions.

Anyone know of any newish altcoins to mine even ones that aren't on any exchanges yet ? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
