8tb externals I have.
I wanted 5 year warranty drives for internal use.
Yeah I'm sure they don't have that long of a warranty, however if you already have external drives of your own, you could always just take off the enclosure and use them as internal drives.8tb externals I have.

I have a backup system that involves 2 nas enclosures and 4 external drives..
Nas a is copied to external drive a
Nas a is copied to nas b
Nas b is copied to external drive b
at this point in time
Nas a has all new parts
External a is new
External b is new
but the enterprise drives in NAS b are 6 years old
it is time to replace them
