Programming experience is a bit too wide criteria in my opinion, as some people only do front-end and some people only back-end. Telling us a bit about your budget would also help busy programmers not waste their time expecting too high pay from you.

Budget: Unlimited for the right team member.
SQL
PHP: is the one we use the most so it would be preferred.
Python: would help but not needed.
Any C, C++ or C# would I feel like be a great asset for some projects further in the future.
Java and Java Script are 2 that we do not use and do our best to stay away from.
I hope this is enough info needed for the time being.
I cant give a lot of info as far as the projects go until we have a NDA/CDA in place.
