Q : what is the difference between normal post and constructive post(my english is bad and i cant understand what is the meaning of "constructive post")
There is no difference - a normal post, every post you make, should be a constructive post. It should provide information that other readers would find useful. It should answer specific questions. Or it should push the conversation forward.
Constructive posts are not: Repeating what someone says, acknowledge agreement (only) with someone else's comment (e.g., "This ^^^", "Great!", "+1", etc.), or initiating some line of thought that is not related to the original post.
