I'm looking for an Oxygen concentrator for a COVID patient. They're very difficult to get here, so I must buy them from abroad. I found only a decent one in AliExpress, but nothing elsewhere, and I can't find any reputable service that sells them. If you know any, I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. The seller must be a reputable one, ship worldwide, and uses an express delivery option.
