I have a domain, a basic site, and other things in the works for the projects I'm working on. I believe that if executed properly, the site would be very lucrative. I'm looking for a partner with some good site developing skills. I would basically take care of the rest. I would be happy w/a 60% (me), 40% split-since this project would only require your time.
