Actually if you read carefully - we don't do and will not do ICO/IEO/etc., nor there will be bounty campaign in "crypto-sense". But as the first assets that will be used for securitisation are crypto-assets, the forum and local community are very relevant. But surely your advise is valuable, and I appreciate it. In fact the decision to post here was made based on several other projects looking for partners and new team members which posted in the current thread, so we followed their example. But as you guys advise maybe they also posted in the wrong place

Bitcointalk is where you get investors and leads and why did not take time to study how this forum works, you should have got an account here first and communicate to the community before launching or building your team for your ICO.

This goes to all planning to launch their ICO include Bitcointalk to your plan do not make it your last options because this is where you are likely to launch your ICO and do bounty campaign.

You might find better chances if you post this thread in Project Development[1] or Services[2] if you want to pay them with BTC. A lot of copywriters also post their services thread over there.

Hello everyone, I am the founder of Alter Securities. At Alter Securities, we develop new financial instruments and innovative technology to improve market efficiency, expand investment opportunities set, and enhance investors’ risk-return profiles. Why the project was created:
Currently there are many exchanges, OTC marketplaces and various markets for derivatives, however, the professional ones are inaccessible for individual investors. More traditional ones and well-known fail to offer tools for efficient risk-return optimization. Therefore, initially we are building an OTC market accessible to everyone, where innovative instruments will be offered. For fast launch, we will offer derivatives based on digital assets and crypto-currencies, but it will evolve to include other alternative assets too (real estate, fund shares, insurance products, structured products, etc.)

Initial offering by Alter Securities:
Currently, our premier offering for internally developed OTC platform is Tranched Value Security (TVS) - a patented financial instrument which allows investors to transform risk-return profile of their underlyings in previously unavailable ways. You can think of mortgage-backed securities, however they were backed by multiple assets / cash-flows, while TVS allows backing and risk-return transformation with a single asset.

Why the current offering is suitable for the market:
The initial offering as was mentioned earlier will be targeting derivatives and new financial products for crypto-currencies. There are already many exchanges offering spot trading, and only few offer derivatives… But even the ones that offer derivatives offer only futures & forwards, options, and perpetual contracts. NOTHING MORE! Which is a problem, as crypto-market participants aimed to make it a truly innovative industry, but fail to implement the latest financial innovation. Therefore, we will not offer futures, options and perpetuals for the moment, but rather will focus on what is not in the market!

Currently done:
•   Company registered
•   Marketing plan developed
•   Finishing Beta version of OTC market (will be ready by the end of September)
•   Negotiating with initial liquidity providers (interested parties already ready to commit $1M for the first period)
•   Applied for patenting Tranched Value Securities instrument

Next steps:
•   Increase initial order book for Beta phase
•   Increase brand awareness

•   Raise additional funds if needed
•   Partner with alternative investment platforms (for example CrowdEstate, SeedInvest, Fundable, etc.) to securitize their investor base’s holdings and issue derivatives
•   Partner with crypto-exchanges and institutional funds to securitize their holdings
•   Develop new product offerings for crypto-market, such as Credit Default Swaps (CDS), Credit Default Obligations (CDO), Volatility Swaps, Cat Bonds for Crypto-Assets, Traded Endowment Policies (TEPs), and Viatical Settlements

Additional:
1.   We are not running TDE, ICO, IEO or whatsoever, but might raise additional funds in the next stages if needed thought traditional startup funding cycle
2.   Currently we are self-funded project with around $60k already invested in the form of financial and sweet equity

We are looking for business partners that can bring all sorts of value to the startup. This includes but is not limited to:
•   Marketing:
o   People who are able to improve marketing, brand awareness and community base (marketing and SMM)
o   People who have connections with existing exchanges or institutional investors who would be providing assets for securitization and trading (business development)
o   People who are able to raise funds for startups (fund raising)
o   People who have a lot of ideas on the topic of finance and innovation and would like to share their ideas by writing articles (copywriting)
•   Technology:
o   People who are able to assist in developing and implementing secure data storage and data transfer protocols. Prior knowledge in PostgreSql, MySql, Python, Django, Rest Api, Linux OS is preferred (data security)
