Best option for younglings. This was you cut bank as middleman. Join bounties of good project, join some airdrops. It will take time, but it's better than nothing.

Yes, unfortunately there very few users here which accept paypal because of chargeback. You may also try on localbitcoins, but you may find similar problems.

Anyway, you may try on the website I am advertising in my signature since it's a very trusted one and accepts paypal as a method of payment.
