Title looks confusing to me. First I thought by seeing the title that you maybe the project owner and looking for designers. I don't know the real reason of thinking it but provably something does not act perfectly in the title. So I think it’s better to modify the title little bit.
Btw yes, if you have any portfolio of your past works you may add these to attract more clients.
