I am not a promoter and am happy working as a bounty hunter. Promoting a project is like a hassle-filled work. However, I want to suggest from my experience that if you pay in ethereum to bounty hunters and promoters, the project will definitely attract more investors and traders, and your project will become widely popular.
I dont think if this topic is belong to this board maybe you move it to services, second theres no ultra secured exchange site platform even topexchange site can be hack, promoting your platform in this forum is a good decision because this is important in any project but I dont know if someone will get your offer.

It's looking more of an affiliate to me, they have to generate leads first before they are compensated for their work because it has no guaranteed income, if they have an experienced team they will not do this kind of posting, they know that competition is hard among exchange, so they should offer a good compensation or do a bounty campaign instead. I don't know if bounty campaigns is still an effective medium to promote projects and raise funds now a days. As far as I know it used to be very effective, but as time goes by, the community grew tired of it because of the spammers and shit posters can went by. Perhaps a good bitcoin paying campaigns will do, but it won't also be a guaranteed success in the end.

You must have dedicated fee for someone that you are about to hire. There's no guarantee that your platform will be successful at the very first step, you should invest to this kind of expenses from the beginning.
