Depends on task, from current description "users login, deposit, withdraw" hard to make assumptions, but anything - rails, node, scala will be a better choice May I ask you why php?
I'm php developer in the past and don't see any reason to start new projects using it.

I need someone to build a site for me in PHP. They need to be very familiar with PHP, Mysql, integration with Bitcoin (for user wallets), and most importantly security.
I obviously have heaps of specific requirements and can give way more details to interested people.
The site is actually pretty basic, users login, deposit/withdraw btc etc etc.. that kind of thing.
If anyone is interested please send me a little summary of your experience and estimated rates per hour and i'll send back all the info and we can take it from there.
