His offer is to good to be true,I bet all of these comes from cracked or stolen accounts where you will eventually get deleted once those site made an update of all their premium accounts,It's not going to last a year,had a friend who got an account from similar site and only got 2 months of the year he paid..
OP sold me 2 netflix accounts, never sent, then he deleted his sale post, kept sending me the something different or accounts with wrong password

If you can escrow the funds first then I'll be willing to take you up on your offer.
I suggest that you find an escrow, place some of your funds into that escrow, and have them released as people finish the task. At least until you have proven that you are a reputable service dealer for what you're offering.
