I just see the poster as a drunk jester, making mockery of his own jest, exposing his unseriousness by advertising a newbie account.
Helping these kind of people probably means we're just encouraging low-quality spammers and multi-account holders.
1. They are asking for newbies when it's a member account. This suggests multiple newbie accounts just waiting for activation.
2. Asking for signature campaigns when a simple search even on Google will take you to the direct thread.

the other way around. Just be active, post this section on your notification so every time there is a new campaign open's up, you'll be
able to apply on time.
Also, you can constantly monitor here as there are currently running campaign that might require replacement of their old members.
no need to make a new thread. just search it or look at the overview of sig campaign thread. if you're lazy i doubt any manager would hire you.
