Very strange to be asking for legal advice on here. Undecided
Since you are looking for a legal team based in Estonia laws might I ask if this is for some reason in regards to hashcoins? Also if it is anything to do  their new offering?
Just heard about them starting a bitcoin bank which I do think has some legal action to be involved to start one up because the local banking system will most certainly not stand for a new banking system to do with bitcoin to rival their own system.

I'm afraid it's not to do with hash coin. The reason why I'm asking here is because if an Estonian person sees this they could perhaps quite easily find out the National regulations/laws on their governments website which would be a great help and time saver to me.
Then I would suggest you seek a contact there in regards to a local authority on the government there.
Because when it comes to one's countries laws you should be doing this live in person on the phone with a accredited person. Because just posting on the internet will not get you the results you desire most of the time.
Especially with legal advice. Because that is of a serious matter and not for anybody the bode lightly with.

There are lawyers and legal experts here who can check any country's legal status for any kind of business so if your question is not private, you may open up here. That will lead to possibility of finding your solution quickly instead of looking for your local legal expert here.

Ok I had tried to look but was struggling for a definite answer.

Being from another EU country is it possible to buy clothes (from a wholesaler) and then export them for resale in Estonia or will certain brands have restrictions on their clothes being sold?
