I'm in the UK and I can do this for you.
However I'm not sure where are you located, if you want me to forward you the letter, $50 might not be enough.
There's a fee for the postage.

I want to open an account with an exchanger but they require a mailing address in EU to send a Debitcard to.
If someone lives in the EU and can/wants to help me (receive the letter and forward it to me), please PM me.
