I think this also involves some AI mix up for the copied website contents so it won't look that you're copying directedly with exact words. Rephrasing, rearranging, copying materials to make it look that you're not copyrighting it and people, it's not copywriting but you'd be doing some violation with copyrights.
you need to provide a little bit more details here. coz I am smiling something fishy here. why do you want people to copy content from different sites? if you want to copy those articles and publish them on your own website then it is an illegal thing to do because it is against copyright laws.
but there can be other reasons too I heard some people take content from websites to train their AI models (don't know if that is legal or not tho) so you have to explain the purpose of this task.

You have to be more specific on what you want to commission; is it highlight the full articles, then control V and control C, or you will be the one to look for the article based on keywords and copy and paste it to one platform; you did not mention if this is a copy and paste job using the keyboards or mouse?
There are WordPress sites that are copy-paste protected because there are available plugins to protect the content. You also have to mention the rate so people will know if this is the job that they want to do.
