Even i was a victim of such a scam. This is truely a serious problem but indeed checking contract address can solve this issue.

Noted and will contact you soon as an escrow once i find buyers. For now, i am busy finding buyers Shocked

Also i am holding some good tokens which are not yet on the markets and the price will varry and be profitable for both the buyer and seller. For now, i am selling some tokens for cheap.
