EET/NASA intern 2013 Bitmain/MicroBT/IPC cert
From a construction standpoint the whatsminer is, in all certainty the best, designed and built using the newest and most reliable technology. So much so that now the newest revision of the S19J pro are built similarly But are still inferior because they refuse to retire their proprietary ASIC pad design for a more industry standard one. The only thing that really ever goes out on these is the power supply.

Block halving is coming.
s19's are costly. over 4k

Offordscott offers $3.8k s19j pro not brand new but used units he posted it recently on his telegram here https://t.me/asicEasternHemisphere
That's the only option if you want to buy Antminer units a bit cheap compared to buying directly in Bitmain.

And it seems most of the Canaan units are another option if you want cheap and brand new units.

As the title state، the hashrate to power consumption ratio doesn't matter much as raw hashrate output, considering where I will set it up electricity is dirt cheap.  I looked  around but I'm no expert especially that most today are trying to advertise for the electricity efficiency.
