I'm actually ashamed, the first website allow me to do what I want, I was able to generate up to 600x600:

The result is perfect for me (no background, but a discret BTC symbol perfectly merged into the QR Code)

(https://qr-edit.com)seems to be the only good option here, you said you don't like the background right? well, you can change that background/image to whatever you like, click on edit pattern, you can change lots of things.
This one is awesome when it come to the size but I would rather have BTC symbol merged in the QR Code rather than Background.

Thanks, I know that one but I don't see option to melt the BTC Symbol inside the QR Code.

I'm looking for the best available website to generate QR Code for a BitCoin Wallet ID, with BTC symbol inside the QR Code Design.
And if possible who generate Vectorial Version that I can resize as big as I want (or delivering big version of the QR Code)
So far the best one I found is: http://www.bitcoinqrcode.org (I like the second one with BTC currency symbol in the middle) but the resolution is not so big.
https://qr-edit.com/ could be big enough, but I don't like the background.
Is there any other tool/website that you find stylish that you could share with me.

As far as Bitcoin goes, I don't think you're gonna get any better for free than these two. It's for a print project.
An alternative would be https://www.qrstuff.com/ which lets you generate a variety of QR codes (also has a Bitcoin option) as well as set a custom logo (you can choose any image that fits your needs). But setting a custom image requires a subscription costing $4 for 24 hours, $12 monthly.
You could also theoretically just place an image in the middle of a QR code by yourself. If done right it shouldn't affect scan reliability.
