We actually have a feature for that specifically. Not all the timeframes you want but pretty close. I wrote a post about our service here:

We only have volume per 24 hours, it's really expensive to calculate but we are looking at options for it. However, we do allow sorting on timeframes for a bunch of indicators:

For now it's only for Bittrex, we are looking at adding more exchanges

I use cryptowatch usually, that's not the website im looking for. The one which i was looking for in one hand had Volume changed charts ( 1 min , 5 min , 10 min , 15 min , 30 min ). On the other hand
it had each coin too with more info. Volume, +price/24 h etc....

I don't see any that only track volume in bittrex.. but this one i think you can use to track volume updated

You can just enable only bittrex if you wanted. you can also try this one bitcoinwisdom.com But not oncludes bittrex i don't know if you are registered maybe you have the option to choose bittrex to see updated volume..
