OK I was able to get the server working last night, I am able to do commands on the server to ensure it is working like dogecoind getinfo and I sent 10 doge to it to ensure it works and it shows a balance.
I am having a hard time to get my test site to connect via rpc is there anyone that can help me with this last part?

Looking for a trusted member to help get Dogecoind working on my server for a project will pay 0.05. I followed one of the tutorials and got it working so it is building the blocks but I am not able to ssl into it via rpc and I am not able to use any commands like dogecoind getinfo .
