Maybe you want to open up the service when there is an actual opportunity ? In your post,"near future" doesn't specify anything,neither 2 weeks or decades.It's a "no-no" for developers.I can help you with the UI only if you're good at specifying requirements thoroughly.Keep me posted.

I am not need such job to be done right now but will need in near future. So I am looking for person who can design (from scratch!) responsive and nice looking buttons, input forms etc. UI designer (CSS3, HTML5).
Please post here your data and previous works or PM me. Once I will need new UI kit I will ask you about it.
