Obviously I am trying to rip coinbase. Great detective work Quiksilver. I just want a card that will activate the insta buy feature. I will pay for a set of numbers that will accomplish that.
In other words you want a card that will implicate someone else when coinbase pursues litigation against who they think received the coins.

Yep, people must read trust feedback first 
I am not sure this would be a good idea to give this person. Based on his trust feedback, I would say that he is probably planning on giving bad bank information to coinbase and then doing an instant purchase causing your credit card to get charged
