VPS's usually are not that great for mining, as they have shared resources and not that much of performance per customer.
They neither usually have GPU's, which are the best for most mining practices. Investing the money that you would spend on a VPS monthly, would be alot better choice and possibility making you more crypto for your buck.

Try making use of this website https://cloud.digitalocean.com/droplets , they accept running of full node and masternode. Try contacting them to see if they accept btc

I would like to recommend this service which I have been using actively without any issues : https://www.vpsserver.com/ They are reliable and support is more than good.They accept bitcoins through BitPay which is quite a hassle if you don't use a wallet which support exporting addresses out of links.Also they don't charge you after buying the service,you will billed after your first months cycle.

yes you can host any legal thing expect porn.
All major OS and their different versions are available, and you and reinstall the vps with new OS yourself from your steadyturtle account.
