A lot of people here are telling you to use web wallets to send bitcoins some were without fees... While this is true, I wouldn't make this your primary reason to use web wallets all the time for every transaction. I mean if you think about it, the transaction fees are like $.03-$.07 at the max for most wallets; so you have to think are you really that stingy to save a couple bits and not be in full control of your coins all the time? I'd personally rather be in control IMO.

You can go for blockchain.info wallet, try the custom way of sending coins, choose to send the minimum or no fees when sending anything to anyone.
But remember, you will not get it confirmed easily.

i think it is impossible to get good services without a fee, you can choose not to include the fee with most wallets though your transactions then would take a lot of time to be confirmed

there are many web wallet that do not charge transaction fee of bitcoin but there are some limitation and fear of security of bitcoins in wallet.
so i think blockchain.info is best for storing bitcoin wallet
since it charges the transaction fee but it is more reliable to use .

Grow SMALL amount of BTC by earning it
I've been using Coinbase for a long time and I've never once paid any transaction fees when sending Bitcoin from my Coinbase wallet  Smiley The smallest amount I've sent is around 0.000150 BTC back when it was worth $1. I'm not sure it it would be possible to send really small amounts without paying fees though.
Right now, for small amounts, they require the user to pay the transaction fee. Just need to take note that you can't send transactions to addresses associated with things against their TOS. They will cancel your account, same with most wallet that is a registered business.

Xapo is another choice though.

If you want a web wallet that doesn't charge you the transaction fees so try coinbase, they pay the tx fees for you
But coinbase required a lot of data about you to sign up like email, mobile etc.. So you are not anonymous there

Xapo don't have fees, also coins.ph I don't know if it is available in your country tho.

You can also use mycelium wallet if you want to change the miner fee amount. you canchange it by default or change it in different transactions. I suggest you don't send your coins with low fees. Btw, this is not a web wallet. My mistake. LOL.

He's from the Philippines (by judging his personal message and also I saw him once posted on our local thread) so coins.ph will definitely work for him. I also recommend it, I used coins.ph for over a year now and I never paid for a single satoshi as a transacation fee.

xapo is exchange wallet so while paying in some of the merchants it may not get accepted. So i suggest you to use blockchain wallet. They obivously have fee but transaction are confirmed very fast. If you don't pay the fee transaction may take a day or more to get confirmed so better pay fees.

Coinbase.com pays for all transaction fees, which means that your transaction aren't in danger of being in stuck in limbo for not paying a proper fee. That however, doesn't mean that it offers all the flexibilities a normal bitcoin wallet would offer, it doesn't even give users access to private keys.

Coinbase have recently limited number of transactions where they cover transaction fee to 25 at day per user. It is still good, not many users will make more than 25 transactions at day.

Hmm. Prices of everything is going up. And then you have to pay transaction fees too. This is really a heavy stone on your pocket. As far I have seen other wallets , Coinbase is best for misers (lol) ..
Its got zero transaction fees, but sometimes transactions take long time to get confirm, but that's not that big of a deal in front of huge transaction fees.

Why would you want to avoid 0.0001 fee
That is not much to pay Cheesy
sometimes for new users or people who are using faucets and gathered a lot of dust in their wallet it is nice to have the option to be able to decrease the amount of fee an not pay like 0.001BTC fee

most wallets require a fee, but i know xapo does not have fees iirc. might want to look into that if you really want to skimp out on a mere 2 cents per transaction.
every wallet will suggest the transaction fee that is required for your transactions. But there are only few of them that allow you to change the fee easily. you can change the fee in all of them but it might need some work. wallets like Electrum and multibit are the this way.

Do they pay fees when sending from their multisig wallet or vault? I think both offers partial private key access.

For moving money out form the vault you need to (vitrualy) release the money into your coinbase hotwallet. A transaction which takes 2 days to clear for further 'protection'. No fees though.

It's good for a personal wallet but nothing more. Your account could also get shut down for illegal activity according to US law, the way they detect this isn't open. They probably monitoring some addresses from gambling websites.

I have bitcoin core...
I have set at the minimum fees...
I have not very understood how to set for "NO fees"

My problem if we can tell it so...is I receive many small amounts of satoshi...then the fees "naturally" are high.

You can use createrawtransaction command to create a zero fee transaction. I highly recommend you to use testnet to avoid loosing your BTC because of mistake.

Read: https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-reference#createrawtransaction
Example: https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-examples#simple-raw-transaction

basically, most web wallets allow you to set a custom 0 fee. They may confirm slowly depending on your transaction size. If you want them to confirm at a fast rate, go for offchain wallets. They have the risk of running away like inputs.io. You can either risk to go offchain for a small saving of 0.00001 or not risk it and be safe.

i think investing in a site or using a wallet which does not take transaction fees are either a ponzie scheam or a sign of scam.by my point of view i will suggest paying a little tax is better than unsecured transactions

One of my wallets is on Xapo. It's true, the withdrawals I made were small amounts, but there's no fee.
The downside is that you don't have full control (priv key) for that wallet and you need a phone number for SMS verification.

My ref link is http://xapo.com/r/Y0JDCQ3 (I would get a few bits if you use it) but you can also use the normal http://xapo.com

Moving such small amounts of money around doesn't seem practical to begin with.   Is it really worth invest 16 cents USD in a ponzi site to begin with?  Fees need to be paid to give miners an incentive to confirm your transaction.   The network has had a high tx volume lately so it is very necessary to have fees in place.

Almost all safe wallets have a high fee,the equation is its prefer to wast little intead of wast all i can provid by a wallet with no fee but be sure that after you put your BTC,you account will be stolen.

What are you talking about?   This is not true.  Blockchain.info doesn't keep the fee.   It goes to the bitcoin network.   And web wallets in general are not considered safe.

If you think the .0001 BTC transaction fee is to high maybe you shouldn't use bitcoin.
It costs money to send money, and that is what BTC is. Money.

You probably payed a .0002 transaction fee because you had to many inputs for a standard fee.
Also good luck on your "investment" site.. It's probably a ponzi and you're likely to lose your money.
At leats if he is only investing 2c then he won't be too badly stung when the 'investment' goes wrong.
Circle does offer 'free' transaction fees, but that is more than off by other fees.

Either try your luck with no fee, and wait a long time. Or just send a real amount of money!  Does anyone really care about sending or receiving 2 cents?!

the only web wallet which i use is blockchain.info and you can easily change the fee in custom section. the reason why the fee is high has nothing to do with what wallet you are using it is because of the size of transaction.

btw, 0.0005 BTC is worth about $0.12. It seems like a waste of time to invest so little money.

... .... ....

Any "investment" that accepts a deposit of 0.0005 BTC is a scam.  Most likely it is a ponzi, but there are many other possible "investment" scams it could be.

Sorry...I accept investment less then $0.12 ... $0.02 exactly...and then you can even add less.AND IT IS NOT A SCAM.And it is not a PONZI.

Gotta agree with DannyHamilton, does not makes sense to invest 0.0005 on any site since thats really close to the minimun fee that most wallets use.

I don't know about that.

If an investment has a return equivalent to an APR of 12% with compound interest, then it should double in value approximately every 6.5 years.

If the investment was made on behalf of a newborn infant, then when that infant reaches 65 years old they'll be able to retire with an incredible sum of $123.00!

You can set the fee on blockchain.info using the "Custom" send. Note that paying less than the "standard" fee means that the transaction could take days to go through.

care to share your tx link?

I think your fee is very high because you have a lot input on your wallet.
Maybe your bitcoin on your address are from faucets?

It will make your fee higher because your transaction size is bigger than usual, as network fee for default is 0.0001 BTC / 1 KB size.

You can set tx fee for 0 BTC, but you have several condition to do it
you can learn about that on this site : http://bitcoinfees.com/
That site have a good explanation for bitcoin's transaction fee

I do not know blockinfo, but in general the fees (for blockinfo) are in relation of your deposits.
I have a private wallet (bitcoin core) and if I get several small deposits the fees are huge too.

Because of the fees,I propose at my investors a dedicated bitcoin address,so if they use faucets, they send direct on their investor account and one "fees way" is saved.

Blockchain.info. You can use a custom fee if the recommeded fee is high. Remember, using amount below recommded fee will decrease priority of your transaction which results in slower confirmation.
