I still haven't found a "perfect" solution to automate import and export of translations (Wordpress), so if you have any idea, I would appreciate you getting in touch.
Manually implementing dozens of translations has really become a pain and there must be a better way? I am not referring to theme translations etc. but to main content - product descriptions etc.

Did you try using translate press plugin for woocommerce. It does the job you are looking for if you are looking to translate product description and the main content.
