No one is asking you to load the file of portfolio here. Don't you know how developers show their portfolios? You could develop a site containing your projects / portfolio.

And I have seen your picture. This is the most unprofessional way of showing that you are a capable developer.

anyone can install WP in a few clicks and add one of the free themes (this is how yours works for me, a generic theme where you need to replace logos, images and texts) and voila, he is a webmaster.

I suggest you buy your domain name (you can find it cheap, probably for a few bucks) and clearly explain your skills and what you have done so far.

Alternatively, you can also show your portfolio to those only who contact you via DM or telegram but this approach may not be as effective.

These skills that you listed above are iin-demand on the defi sector since there are a lot of new projects that want to materialize their idea. You are just posting your application on wrong place and instead of posting your application, Why not do a job hunt on freelance website such as upwork or build connection on linkedin to find job suited to your portfolio. Most of the startup company post job hiring there instead in the forum since there is easy to find applicants there due to connection and ads. I work with team that looking for talent like your but I want to check first your experience before I can do a recommendation for you.
