Educate yourself bro. Start here - https://bitcoin.org/en/

This forum is generally good though for getting advice & asking questions. Most of the community here is a good bunch. Be careful though. Learn how to store your coins safely, read up on paper wallets & cold storage options.

If you want to learn about bitcoin from scratch, you could take a look at the following sites:
https://bitcoin.org/en/getting-started
http://www.coindesk.com/information/
https://www.weusecoins.com/en/getting-started/

It would be more efficient to ask your question here or on reddit than on skype, as you don't need to wait for a particular user to answer it.

I would suggest you to go to Bitcoin.org if you have not. There, you will be able to learn gain some basic Bitcoin knowledge. After that, post on Bitcointalk (especially the Bitcoin discussion section) and you will be getting the grip in no time. This is how I learn about Bitcoin. I dont know things such as Vanity address, cloud mining and ponzi/hyip if I did not participate in this forums.

all you need to know can be found on the forum and also if you google your question you can find the answer to it. if not ask it here.
there is no need to talk on skype unless you want to ask something that is shady or against the rules of the forum.

I would recommend grab any of the android wallets (or IOS if that is your device).  Then just buy $20 of BTC from someone on https://localbitcoins.com/buy_bitcoins.  Near the bottom of the page it will show you face-to-face sales.  The seller will likely help you get them on your phone.  You could also look for a bitcoin meetup in your area.  People are always happy to help.

People might be hesitant to open their network to an unknown Skype connection.  I can't think of a specific security risk in there... but Skype has been used more than once by BTC scammers.

The best way to get into Bitcoin (not bittcoin) is to start reading some of this forum's threads.

And if you have any question, just ask. You will get your replies in no time. Most of the members are willing to help you undertand everything you need to know.

You can also use faucets to get a little coin to learn how it all works.

Yes, just look aroun dthe site.  Also I suggest you download a wallet like electrum, and get some dust from the faucets.  My favorite is moonbitcoin, but there are many of them.  It is a waste of time as far as making money goes, but it will help you learn how to move coins around and you will learn about wallets.  In the meantime be an active member of these forums, you will learn a lot.

Oh, and beware of scammers, there are lots who will prey on noobies.  Be careful!
