Why would you urge him to go spam people's inbox, with a non-safe payment? This kind of stuff gets you banned If you msg the wrong person and he reports it. Just giving you a heads up.

I get what your saying, but my final aim here is to be able to buy and sell things in the marketplace and make a little BTC from it.

Ive tryed virwox TWICE but they disable my account and refund me. I dont know what i doing wrong. I use my personal, verified paypal account, unproxied wifi (free at the shopping center down the road), but they still disable my account
cooldgamer: I Live in the UK, we dont have them. I guess I could get a prepaid card here but i dont know if people would take them
Nobody on here will sell for PP to a newbie because of the chargeback risk. If you want to buy some coins go to the drug store and pick up a Moneypak or Vanilla Reload, tons of people will sell for that 
I think nobody will take a risk to do a transaction using paypal
