Anyway yea, don't do this, I posted about developing a Bitcoin/USD exchanger and got lots of responses from guess who...Scammers.
Only do it with someone completely trusthworthy and reliable. Like try to meet them in real life, instead of just doing it online.

This is not a good idea. Unless you 100% trust the developer, you leave yourself open to backdoors, or worse, not to mention crappy code. Unless whomever you're paying knows exactly what they're doing and is trustworthy, you're going to run into problems down the road.
