Your budget of 0.02btc for a senior member account is too low, senior accounts goes for higher then this price even with very poor post quality.You can get a good full member account for 0.02 but senior is almost impossible.

Sr. members cost 0.06 BTC and above. With your budget I doubt you will get anyone in here to sell you one. You might want to increase your price.
