Hey, so I've just ended up buying Bitcoin on coinbase an I'll get my Litecoin via either Poloniex or btc-e. I am locking this thread now as I no longer need Litecoin exchanged.
As the title says, I'm looking to buy about 20$ worth of Litcoin. I have Paypal, Skrill, and Goldmoney, although I'd prefer Paypal only because it's the only one of the three that I currently have a balance on (I can get money onto Skrill or Goldmoney, it would just add another step for me to take). I'm looking to pay about 22-24$ USD in exchange. Escrow is a must unless you're a very trusted member, we'll split any escrow fees.
