But as you saying you have no money then how are you going to buy these bitcoins I can accept skrill but you have to go first for thisI closed the thread after getting scammed by iBitcoin+ then opened it again when I had more funds.
As for going first been there and been scammed so wont be doing it again. I will do it with escrow.

did " iBitcoin+ " willingly refunded your money or you filed a chargeback ??
No iBitcoin+ doesn't reply to me he offered me a refund twice then said if i confirm my identity with him he would send the coins now he just ignores me.
I called skrill but they dont do chargeback apparently. Lesson learnt.
