well damn, you see the problem is I was told I could buy bitcoins by getting a green dot mastercard and I put like 300 dollars on it to buy bitcoins and now I can't do anything with this money and I don't know how to get the cash back off the card and the only solution I had was to put the money on pay pal from the card, anyway somebody could help me just get the cash back or find a way to get bitcoins with this or something, I've been sitting on the computer for hours and hours just trying to fix this

What do you mean you "can't do anything with this money"? You use the green dot card like any debit card, and you can pay for things online with paypal. As for getting bitcoins via paypal, didn't you read thread I referenced?

what is that supposed to mean?

He's referring to how notoriously easy it is to scam people via PayPal when dealing with Bitcoins. You can transfer money to another person, have them give you Bitcoins in return, and then reverse the original payment. PayPal won't do a damn thing about it because they have a stringent "No Bitcoin purchases" sort of policy.

In other words, only do the transaction with someone you truly trust.
