I believe the card PayPal Mastercard that they advertise has a $5 monthly fee though. That.s why I didn't get it. Your probably better off finding somewhere to buy a prepaid card with paypal funds, if you want to avoid their monthly fees.

payoneer is best for this situation no monthly fee very less deposit fee no withdraw fee , go for it

yes u can withdraw to card too

as long as i know you cant , there is not even any option to withdraw to card , maybe its for my paypal USA paypal may have this option dont know

If you have a card linked to your account then you can withdraw money to the card.
However there are a few safwty checks first to prevent people being able to simply cash out hacked accounts.

Yeah, A Card isn't exactly a money storing thing. Its just linked to an account and allows you to spend. For withdrawing op you will have to have your bank account linked to withdraw the funds.
