Why need you need so many accounts? Why can't you create one for yourself to use?
It looks something is not correct. Also, you need 4 to 5 accounts in weeks. If you have one PayPal account which is verified under you, name then you can do any number of transaction no problem unless you're using it for some grey transactions.
