In Bitcoin you don't need the correct receiver address to send BTC either. Should we stop using Bitcoin too? I"m not going to argue with you. There are fair opinions about ripple that don't include misleading people and lying. That's what scammers do. They lie and mislead people. He's just trying to feed off Ripple's success by attracting people to his site. Boost his traffic count. Nothing even unique about what he's doing. I'm sure Ripple is loving the free ads though.
