It is not good as a buyer to see someone's paypal is already having reverses done to their account as paypal start flagging them and thus they can start reversing any sends done from that person's paypal account all the sudden.
I don't think I want to do it for the premium you are offering as this is the reason why sellers of btc for paypal are asking for such a high amount in the first place. All because of the the high risk involved for the next 180 days of seeing what paypal/holder of the paypal funds would do with the transaction once sent. Sad
