I know this website: web.archive.org, but for Rollbit I don’t get to see the archives, either I get the “pending yellow ball” if I might call it like that or “website blocked”. I need their terms and conditions from October 2021. Does anyone have them?
Should I advise you? Stop asking for official documents/Ts&Cs from random people, what if you are issued the wrong one?

I don't know how this is important to you, I guess you need them to trace some facts which might pertain to some disparities or for some legal issues. Since this is official, you need an official request, so go through Rollbit itself and make them send it through one of their traceable/provable official channels.

If for any reason you don't want to request it yourself, you can ask another customer to do that for you.

Someone could have official terms and conditions with proof about the date. Such as for example receiving them by email or having them archived on a reliable website. I sent an email to support a while ago but I suspect they would be bothering with such a request and still waiting, unless they are exceptionally good customer service.
It's your right to request such a document and I believe that companies/businesses should be prepared for it. As a fact, it was supposed to be the least of their preparation. Why would Rollbit make you wait for too long if it is prepared? This is one thing about casinos, they do not have that regulation they fear to the point that they leave all stones unturned. I am certain that if it were to be my brokers, the terms and conditions must have been emailed to me on that very day if I requested it in the morning.

When it comes to reliable site for archiving of such data then I guess Archive.org's way back machine could be the most reliable site to search for old archived pages of the sites. You may try to search there and there's chance you might find something there. However, I think that you're searching about terms and conditions of 2021 and that's why there might be some inconsistencies or errors whatsoever.
Since terms and conditions don't come in pdfs, at least for the most online platforms available, it's hard to find such saved up somewhere, I do not know much about people achieving such on sites like achieve.com, but the big question should be why would anyone want to do that? It possibly won't occur to any one back then that some day, the some one somewhere may be in need of that very version of the terms and conditions of that casino, so, I highly doubt any one would have saved up the terms on the time machine.

Like I said before, the such information, the best bet to get it is by contacting the customer care, but then, the chances they will give such information to the gambler is very low, since they will think the gambler may or might use the information contained there against the casino.

OP at first, you will have to agree with me that such a request would look suspecious and they might want to question you for wanting it and getting details about the sole reasons for which you requested for such sensitive material. The situation is a sensitive one and as such needs a good diplomatic conversation with the both parties involved. From your enteraction with them, they could tell what you will want to use it for. The customer service would have to contact the team before anything so as to get a go ahead to release the document if they are on possession of it if after listening to you. I don't think they would be in a haste to give you such after hearing from you because they would be sceptical about what you want to use it for after these years they have changed it to having new ToS.. It looks suspicious and the support would be very careful with your request.

You must understand, though, you are asking for a document which is very unlikely someone got here in this very small part of the internet. You would even have a better shot by openly asking for this document on other places with a larger volume of gamblers, perhaps on X/Twitter or even on Reddit.
Also, anyone who sees this thread you have opened will first assume you want to have that document in your hands because you have got some litigation going on against that casino. The staff of the casino could easily claim to a judge/jury the copy you have gotten through unofficial means has been tampered with to support your claim against the casino.
In your case, it would be better just to go through the legal ways and ask your jurisdiction (your government or the government who has issued their license) to request a copy of their previous Terms of service in your behalf.
Anyways, I wish ya a happy new year eve and a pleasing night.

I will advise that since this discussion is strictly addressing rollbit and they have their representative here as well as their announcement discussion thread, why not go there and make the necessary enquiry you want, while on the other hand, you can also make use of their customer service chart or message them, they have have something to give or offer a direction on how you could go about it.

Maybe he want to sue rollbit that's why he ask for that docs to have some documents to support whatever allegations he have? But I don't think Rollbit would provide those things since provably they know that it will be used against them that's why for sure that they would never provide it unless he clarify his intention that he will never do anything wrong against them.

But he could try his luck to ask this on their support if they provide their old terms but he cannot expect them to provide what he request from them. Other option is he should wait for little more longer if there's someone from here save their old terms then help him to get that information.

Sue Rollbit? i want to believe or don't this, because its just as doing nothing than a waste of time, they are far ahead of him and time, this is a reputable gambling organization we are talking about, not only that, they have their reputation have been making enough satisfying customers service experience with their users, there is nothing to waste time on this, except he have another motive on that.

You are right because I was becoming more curious as to why OP would be demanding for an old document which can not be retrieved from any source except it is officially gotten from the casino itself. I think I will also advise OP to not fully rely on any document gotten from any third party except from the casino itself then if gotten, OP can compare the both gotten if there is any difference to see for himself. I believe there is every possibility that OP is trying to get at something hence his quest for such document and it would be advisable to get it from the casino through their customer care service or any source from the casino itself would be very much safe and better.

Alright thank you everyone who participated in this thread, still open for anyone to share if they have archived them.

If archive site doesn't have what you need then search for Another web cache service.

Had you try to solve your problem with chatgpt, for sure the Ai have a solution for you, even you can directly ask for the TOS of that year, Just go and try it.

Funny that, chatgpt takes this conversation as a reference.

You are right, looks like the AI can't solve this problem and it even quotes this thread, lol.

I try with archive.org but it only shows the site logo and it doesn't load, so, that way is hard to see the ToS, and other web cache sites doesn't have a copy of the data or the site.

I even try to open the web cache link with a text browser called lynx, but it didn't show anything relevant, so, the only way will be to ask for those ToS directly to the site.

No, even chatgpt will says to go to web archive

Code:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210815000000*/https://rollbit.com/

Unfortunately, it's not loading for unknown reasons. And with that I do not think that the OP will find what he is looking for unless he directly talks to Rollbit themselves.

I will have to go with what dimonstration said, asking their their online support will be the right thing to do, the support should have the previous copies of all the past terms and conditions before each and every update, I believe they should be willing and able to share this information with you.

Usually, some services (not sure about online gambling casinos right now) will have a log of all their past and previous terms and conditions before each and every update, and they also in the log state the areas of the terms and conditions that was updated to make it easier for readers to find the information they may be looking for.

This is a suggestion to casinos to as well consider this as an important feature to introduce.

Your ideas and suggestions are good ones to say but I was curious as to why they would be withholding their ToS from the public does it mean that there is something not alright with it or what because it is only in such a situation that this can happen? However, their past ToS should not be an issue to give to OP if they verify OP to be a registered player of their casino. I thought that casinos should have their archive which should be very easy for their customer support to quickly access if need be that a customer requests it for comparison or for proper verification as the case may be.

You don't have to create another thread for this purpose though you are a newbie but you would have explored the forum before creating such thread. You just need to visit their parent thread in the forum to lay the complain and it is good you visit their website and chat up their live chat representative so that the complain can be resolved faster.

And the best way is to know from the casino website and not here that will give you a random answers.

I doubt the customer support would send a player this data, I mean there is a reason why they first of all changed it and second you can't find it anywhere, not even with the wayback machine.
Actually, I tried to do the same thing for bc.game, wayback machine has some shots of the site (terms) for when I open it there is only the annoying "coco" animation that pops up when you open the website.

If there’s a valid reason, the gambler could definitely ask, but you’re right, the casino might not willingly provide a copy of the past TOS. However, if OP decides to file a legal case, the casino would be forced to hand it over through the regulator, as it would be necessary to determine if there’s probable cause for the claim. OP hasn’t stated their purpose yet, and now I’m just as curious to know what’s going on!

Yes you right, but i was also thinking why they didn't includes their past ToS could it be that they could be affected by such or do not want people to have access to it? Though I am not sure if the support will be willing to share with op since they didn't include it or make it open for people to have access to it, i am not sure if support directly will release them.
Most times it makes them feels like people would want to copy such terms to their site.

Yes, I'm an asshole
Do you try to request on the support of Rollbit since they surely have copy of their previous ToS.

I remember a website that does this archive aside from what you mention but I already forgot it. I think I saw this tool being used on scam accusation board by investigator of issue related to the casino.

IIRC I saw it being used by @holydarkness or @LoyceV?

That'll be archive.today.

They [I guess] randomly redirect you to the mirror sites they have. So far, as far as I can remember, I have .is, .to, .md, .ph, .it. Nonetheless, the result would be as what loyce provided above,

I do have my "archive" of ToS in my gallery, as I made new screenshots of casinos ToS everytime a case require me to point out their ToS instead of recycling the old ToS I provided on older case. But that won't work as it's just a snippet of the exact clause [and one or two that's right above and below it] I'd like to point out and I have a feeling OP wanted the whole ToS here.

And my "archive" did not work that far.

Back in 2021 I would be still busy with scambusting ICO projects and not focusing myself on cases and disputes between players and casinos. I don't think I have any snippet of any casino's ToS from 2021, even on my older device.

I guess... we can ask Rollbit to provide a copy of that, I think it's very likely they have it archived in their internal system. And I guess I can ask whether they'll be kind enough to provide it for us, but I don't think I would go with that hassle for someone that do not want to waste too much time explaining why.

So, I'm afraid OP ought to try to request Rollbit themselves.

Normally these things could be found on the wayback machine (web.archive.org), but for rollbit it doesn’t appear. It’s easy for someone to have saved them. I do not want to waste too much time explaining why

I think this post mainly concerns Rollbit, so instead of posting here, you should directly post in their main announcement thread. It would also be more effective and formal if you clearly state your purpose for needing this information. I doubt they’ll provide it easily without a valid and well-explained reason.
