bitcointalk.org will be enough for a newbie. You can learn too many things from this forum.
Just use search inside of sub forums. Then you will find what you are looking for.

I hope many guys here will support my advice to you — follow as many threads of this forum as you can (if the time lets you doing it). Here you’ll get more information that even in mass media. You can also subscribe to YouTube channels that renew every day the info about cryptomarket and explain to each newbie all stuff connected with it.
Good luck!

First of all you can start by reading the main content of the topics where there are a lot of messages written here. You can also regularly follow top news platforms like cointelegraph.com.

Depends on what you want to learn. Do you want to learn trading currenices? Are you interested in learning how the blockchain works? Or do you want specific information from projects. Usually the best source to learn about developments are news outlets, try the following sites:

coindesk.com
cointelegraph.com

both of them have some cool articles explaining different things, and cointelegraph even has a section devoted to learning about the blockchain in general, the articles are quite subjective and are fair if you ask me, most of the things I've learned I learned from reading about news which in return made me curious about some buzzwords that were coming up in these articles. Just read a couple of minutes per day and you'll be advanced in no time.

Congratulations! You have already found the best website where you can get all the required information about any coin. Also here you can find some hidden gems which no one will tell you otherwise about. Also you may want to visit coinmarketcap to see the circulation and market cap of the coins that interest you.

If you search upcoming ICO in the google search you will find a few websites that list upcoming ICOs as well as ongoing ICOs. I also recommend checking out the discussions on here, that is how I found out most of what I know. People on here are very friendly and informative so don't be afraid to ask questions. If you are looking at investing in an upcoming ICO I would recommend checking out Propthereum.io, an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time!

I recommend reading in the different threads on forums such as BitcoinTalk. Browse multiple websites with information based on Cryptocurrencies. Check Twitter updates that give information too on different coins. Finally, join the hundreds of channels and groups that are available on Telegram and keep posted on news.

Welcome! Bitcointalk has plenty of useful information, you will be able to gain alot of crypto knowledge and be updated with the latest news.

One thing to take note is always judge news rationally and visit reputable websites. Some websites are created to spread fuds.

can anyone please tell me the best sites to get my information from ?
You are on the right forum, this is the best forum about cryptocurrencies and mostly for bitcoin. You can read different threads about discussing to trading, alt coins, ICOs and other bounty offers.

I see way too many sites for each thing im trying to read about

Be careful with some sites that you are saying because others are not reliable and only spreading false information just to hype a coin that they advertise.
