Better to add criteria to become eligible, like experience of reviewing projects in the pasts, ranking, etc.

AFAIK, most of the content creators were just repeating the things mentioned in the project's whitepaper because they doesn't have proper knowledge regarding this, hope you will find someone.

If I just may add, you should at least hire someone of a Full Member and up from this community. There are a lot of newbies that may apply if you post it in the Services section and you might get PM's from them. And then you will get disappointments because they didn't do the job for you properly. So better filter them out as early and hire somewhat of an established member already.

Not all newbie user accounts are totally newbie in cryptocurrency there are other who rarely visited here since bitcointalk is not their main thing, I always see some of skilled guys outside of this forum so if there's someone who applied for the said job and knows on what he is doing as well can able to contribute for the growth of the company then there's no problem is he is a newbie users here.

Paying in bitcoin or not? I have seen projects who are looking for reviewers that have a wide reach with their YouTube channel. If you're okay with receiving/paying altcoins for this hiring, Marketplace(Altcoins) is the ideal section for it.

Otherwise, if it's a bitcoin payment method for the commissioned post - it's on Services.

I am looking to hire 1 or 2 people to prospect crypto projects for my YouTube channel. My Channel is www.YouTube.com/CryptoRick and I review new and established projects that utilize blockchain in any way. I would give access to company email as well as share best practices for finding prospective clients. Once deals are closed you will receive 20% of the fee charged. The commission on each deal averages between $75-$150 but can work our to be much more depending on negotiations and length of partnership.

For anyone interested in speaking about this position you can reach me via telegram @Crypto_Rick
