Looking to hire coder payment in bitcoin

we are looking to hire an individual to carry out some work on our cryptocurrency codebase the list below will require the work we need carrying out

step 1 currently being worked on

we require some alterations to fee cost's in our codebase we plan to implement free transactions between payments but keeping the rewards in place for staked coins we may also require not 100% decided to change from the pow based system to masternodes and keeping the rewards to 5 coins a block for each transaction that is created via masternode holders as blocks are created every 60 seconds this would serve as a great reward for masternode runners

step 2 we require another individual who can create us a new skin layout and design for our current qt wallet we think it is time we added a bit more glam to the wallet since it still uses the basic bitcoin layout.

we require the work to be carried out on github forking our git so we can keep track of work and progress for full transparency
