Would you really trust another person with your own crypto trading account just for the sake of that other person be trading for a project? I mean besides the crypo trading part of your account he also has control of your deposits and withdrawals, he can technically steal your money anytime he wanted to do so since he has full control with it. He can even do illegal activities from your account without you having any knowledge with it which is really dangerous. Think about the cons here and how much it outweighs the pros and you will see it is not worth the risk to hire someone to take control over your account.

Please be careful on hiring someone here you can ask for their LinkedIn or interview them or have a background check first. I think many of the scammers or just an average trader who will claim that they are an expert will contact you they can trade for you but it may cause your asset to reduce rapidly.

So far I haven't seen anyone here offering a service about trading for them most of the services here that is related to trading that I know is all about premium signals and the likes.

I think it's very difficult for you to find a cryptocurrency trader as your requirement.
If it was a good trader, he would definitely trade his own money instead of working as hired labor and bringing profits to others.
If anyone takes such a job I think it is a fraud.
I do really think that there are people who are hiring and willing to be hired, we have lots of  skilled trader that has insufficient funds that might be interested to work for someone. I'm just skeptical with the method on how are they going to pay for the trader, like what if he mistakenly traded and lost a huge value would be a valid reason to take him out of the line? even he perfectly worked 10x? I'm sure there were this kind of job but I don't really an idea on this works on both ends.

So what difference is this from just giving your money to a money/funds manager?

Its one way to get rekt from top to bottom, you would rather be learning it all how to trade than just handling your account full of hard earned money but if you really will find it hard, try rolling dice because that's what funds manager do when they started failing.

Another issue that I see with this is that if a trader is so successful then why would they want to work for you?
Maybe because the trader will meet more like-minded people and grow even more, I mean there are teams of traders where you can discuss each other and generate even better profits for the company. There are various tools which trader require and not everyone has those tools so you may work for them and they provide you the best tools and other traders do brainstorming with you to get the best possible ideas.

This might be a nice deal to a trader, but I don't see any good trader with consistent profits wanting to trade for you to maybe breakeven on what they would work with normally. Since you said project I'm guessing this is maybe like a mutual fund for cryptos you want to create?
There are people who have capital while there are people who have trading abilities but lack capital, I believe unless it is a scam attempt this might be a good idea where talent meets capital.

As most of the people here, I would also like to advise you not to trust anyone with your money. Most likely, you will run into many scammers instead of real honest people. I have long experience in running into scammers. Most of the people are crooked and can do anything to rob your money. Trust yourself, stay safe!!!

You are only going to run into scammers or people who aren't profitable. The people that are profitable they will just trade themselves. There is no such thing as a broke trader who needs capital to trade. If you trade succesfully you already have tons of capital. If you don't then there is large leverage available.

Trading isn't a small start-up business that needs funds, the overhead is usually very low. Hence what you are looking for won't be easy to find. You should just learn to trade on your own and it might work out for you and you can be a profitable trader.

Currently I don't know any trader that posts their trades in real time that is profitable without a huge drawdown. Whether its stocks, forex or crypto. The successful one's they don't bother posting their positions.

In case you decide to enter the cryptocurrency market I recommend you manage your own assets, never trust the trading signals and hire others to trade.
Most of the people who hire them are scammers, be careful with your assets.

If you are looking for a trader who can guarantee your steady profits then I can say that no one will meet your requirements.
If they are a good trader and can make a stable profit, they only need to manage their assets instead of working as hired labor.

Are you looking for someone to make technical analysis on your behalf? Why would you ever need to hire a trader? Also I do not really think that many of the traders would even care replying you. You have to state the defined need for the trader. Also it would be good if you could give some more detailed information about the open position. Not each of the traders would show you the their portfolio just because they would trust you.

You might get hundreds of messages from newbies tending to be professional traders and I really hope that you are aware about handling such people. If you are looking to hire a trader to make deep analysis on your behalf than you might perhaps need to face loss as trusting anyone else's analysis for making our own purchases would never be something which might earn some decent profits.

Honestly, why would a profitable trader would look for some partnership?

This off course will make op to be limited in his search because if I were a good trader, I would rather want to make my money silently since I'm certain to make my money. I think most traders might not fall for this except the unprofessionals.

If I am the one that’s looking for a trader to work with, I don’t think I would be looking for one online, I’d prefer to look around me for someone that knows how to trade and then work with them, that way I would be more safe than when I’m working with someone that I don’t know, someone that I just met online, what if something happens?

Anyway, there are still people here who can be trusted, you should check the trust rating of whoever you choose to work with, to know if they are good or not. Then avoid newbies as the other forum members have said because there are scammers that are always creating lots of new accounts to use against people that are aware of it.
The search would be much more faster if they do look and post publicly and yes theres always a high chance to meet up lots of scammers whom do pretend that they are pro's on this field.

Its up to that individual or seeker if he would set out criteria that would fit out his standards. Honestly, why would a profitable trader would look for some partnership?

Expanding his capital? Not enough reason if i were to say yet if you are that good enough you wont really need those things and would just trade for yourself.

Hi All,

I'm looking to hire a reliable BitMex/Bybit crypto trader for a project I'm currently working on. I would need to see the trader's trade history to ensure that they're able to generate respectable and consistent returns.

The position pays well. If you think that this is something you would be interested in, then please do not hesitate to contact me on Telegram via my handle:
@StevenRoe

Although, I would not hire a trader myself for obvious reasons you might have better responses by posting this in the service section, there are people who would check out your thread to look for work so if you still need someone then I suggest to give it a shot there. Or else maybe you could do with using an exchange Huh

I am sure you would have got a number of PM's from mostly lower rank members. Also, I would love if you could elaborate the position. Traders are the ones who usually make profits for themselves. Those times are rare which a trader can be beneficial for other people
You know, I dis some research and found that this guy required a trader on November 11th 2019 too and he gave a different telegram ID that time, I am pretty sure this guy is scammer or something because there is no reason why anyone would change their telegram id while requiring the same type of person after a couple of months.

I mean if someone is serious then there is no reason why they will change username. Usernames at telegram are usually changed when scammers have to find a new identity so I suggest everyone to be extremely careful, as he might ask you for your trading history then try and ask your id and password for the exchange to verify the trading history and actually withdraw your funds. I mean please be aware that this guy has strange behavior, he also opened a thread about how Zcash works back in 2017.

It is something really hard to find somebody here to work for you because most of the reputable members here have also a job but of course, it's up to them to accept such an offer and for you also to deal with a price in return. And no wonder that you can receive a lot of PMs which make to hardly decide which among them and can be trusted. I could suggest having a some list of needed information that a certain trader has to submit or a set of criteria for you to easy to look who has the potential.
Successful traders are already filling their pockets with profits by trading. They might not even have some extra time to waste on friends or family and in this case how even they could help OP? Professional traders would be busy entire day in making their own analysis and the ones who might contact OP would be those who might not care making their own analysis and would just trade like gambling in few random intervals.

Those would never be of benefit for the OP even if they have a strong order history to broadcast. Most of those traders might even have a strong luck which would revert anytime. OP would never be sure about who is a real trader and who is here to just make OP a bankrupt.

I don't understand why you wanted to hire traders though. And I doubt that any successful traders are going to bite your offer since they generated money already. Maybe some inexperience one are going to message you pretend that they are expert, so be careful.

If it pays well then why you do it yourself? Instead of hiring someone you don't know, so the risk of losing money multiplies here, just saying.

I am much interested in knowing the position or why would you need a experienced trader? You should never randomly follow any trader if by any chance you have the desire to start following any of the experienced traders. You should try to make you own research or try using platforms like eToro where you can start copy trading some experienced traders by considering their portfolios.

Just a friendly advice, there is no successful trader that will take you on your offer, if you are planning to hire a successful trader then you better have a lot of money because otherwise they do not have any necessity to manage your money for you, and if what you want is to get access to their strategy and how they make money in the markets then you will be disappointed because they are not going to give away something that valuable to someone that will become their competitor.

Just friendly advice of hiring random people on the internet just to work with you is not advisable. But still, the decision is yours because that is your money that will put in risk. As what they say above be careful about newbies that impersonating as a pro one just to earn easy money and I don't think expert traders will have time to offer their service.

Have you heard the E-toro exchange platform? Beginners/Newbies can copy trades of more experienced traders. You can choose the highest profitable traders and copy their previous work and In that way, no need to hire someone just to work for you which is a risky part on your side. But it won't give you an accurate result of earning money the same as hiring someone, no one can predict the movement of the crypto market.
I have the same thought in my mind. Why would any experienced trader message OP just to earn few bucks as in that time, any experienced trader can actually make huge profits by actually trading with the graphs. I do not think that OP might be able to hire any experienced trader with a limited capital. Instead OP would have to escrow a high number of coins so that experienced traders might feel reliable going through this thread and might even take the efforts to contact OP.

I am not sure why OP is needing help from a experienced trader but I think that he simply needs signals to buy or sell from a experienced individual so that he can have easy profits or might even be called as lazy profits.

This might be dangerous, for sure there's a lot of user here who will going to contact you. The things is that not all of them or I think most of them will just going to scam you or either doesn't really have that much knowledge and may either make harm out of your asset.

I think joining a signal group is better than hiring an unknown trader and even a high rank member here in the forum there's no assurance that they have the ability to do good trades.
Literally then it would be a better option but not really a suggested one yet we know on how majority of signal group
works which i dont see a reason why would need to join into these places. It isnt bad though to get up some idea
to be applied on your trading analysis but be careful on reading sentiments which isnt justfiable.
Hiring someone who do have good trades or profitability wont waste up their time on offering their service.

It seems that you kind of know the risks with this  Huh I hope that you verify the candidate and that it all goes well for you but as a word of caution, traders usually have access to your account/s money so if you're going to hire one bear in mind the risk you're putting your investment/s in.

This is talking from experience, and I do hope it all works out well, but personally I couldn't trust any body with my funds.
Its up to you, if you think its good for you and can help you to know more in tradingt then hire a crypto trader because honestly not all trader can easily know the proper way of trading and some of us are lack of knowledge which cause to us a possible loses particularly to those trader who still staring. But for me if you jave enough knowledge then you dont need to hire a person to teach you in trading because you can used youre own thought and instinct.

I do see this as a bad idea  hiring a cryptotrader since you are likely to have loses in your trading I think it's best if you trade by yourself unless you are not equipped with trading techniques and knowledge either way you should hire an e
expert  that would teach you the basics of trading
You might still end up hiring a fraud who could run away with your funds if you are still thinking of hiring a cryptotrader you should hire one that is close to you or you trust so much think through the both sides thoroughly

^ I would even have that second thoughts even on high rank members.I dont really believe much into those pro or profitable traders on handling others funds if they can make their own without hassling theirselves.

On op, why not try to trade those funds on your own rather than relying into other traders? On these days its really hard to entrust your hard earned coins/funds.
But if you do really push that thing then just be careful on finding the one and as suggested above that you should be careful into those newbie pms offering their fake
service because they are just tending to scam you out.

Be careful on PMs from newbies, I'm sure scammers are attracted to this type of offer. If you are going to hire traders to manage you trading account make sure to choose high trusted member here on the forum. Only high-rank members or with a high trust rating are safe to deal with.

Any newbies or brand new accounts are not safe.

And honestly why hire someone to trade for you there are many scammers out there and even high-rank members can't be trusted.

I think for safety you can try the eToro where you can copy the trading of some expert trader.
